What do we do?
Through our extended and huge marketing campaign we acquire properties for sale direct from home owners and property developers (Vendors), prepare them for sale and advertise them nationally on our website. We then offer these properties to estate agents who sell them directly to their own registered buyers or to those buyers which have expressed interest through our website www.propertyard.co.uk . We do not sell properties direct to the public; instead we use the large number of estate agents in England and Wales (over 15,000) to sell our properties.
In other words, we act as a middle-man between Vendors/sellers and Estate Agents. Propertyard neatly provides a solution to the estate agents' continuous quest for properties to sell and the seller's desire for the widest possible exposure for their home.
Why Sell through us ?
We provide value to sellers by allowing sellers to access a large pool of agencies (over 15,000) with no additional effort: no need for seller to visit all the estate agencies, arrange viewings with all of them to visit their property, prepare valuation & property particulars. All of this is done just once by propertyard.
We aggregate all the estate agencies so distribution (coverage) is much bigger and more effective than going with the larger agencies on a sole-agency basis.
We enable the seller to benefit from a multi-agency service for the same fee as a single-agency service from the larger agencies.
Propertyard generate more viewers and potential buyers, both web based and via estate agents, leading to a faster sale of properties.
Also we are more likely to get you the best offer on the market as we generate more viewers.
Sellers will effectively be paying a commission rate of 2% which is equivalent to a larger agencies sole agency rate, whilst their property will be sold on a multi-agency basis. In fact sellers will be marketing their property through the largest, nationwide, network of estate agents – all Propertyard members.
Propertyard will provide information-based tools and reports they can use in regard to their property price and the market trend and also advise them on how to make the most out of Propertyard website.
